Here is an A4  sheet that includes the two objection letters, one for the Secretary of State and another letter for G.C.C. Planning Department, these can be printed, completed and sent. The most effective way, however, is to write these letters in your own words, but make sure that each letter includes two or three of the points listed in this example.
